Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions about my shop:

Do you make custom designed toppers?

Absolutely! I love creating custom designs for your special occasions. In order to create a custom topper, I just need to discuss with you what visions you have for it including design, colors and personal details you would like included. Then I can give you a quote for your topper design. After purchase, my next step is to create a digital mock-up for you to view your design prior to printing your topper. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on orders once production on your topper has started. Each of my toppers is customized and hand-made to match your order specifications including items such as names, dates, colors, numbers etc. and cannot be resold. Customer service is very important to me and if you should have any issues with your order, please reach out to me as soon as possible so that I can work with you.

Can I change my order once placed?

I strive for quick turnaround time for all my orders. You may be able to make a change if you contact me prior to when I start creating your order but I cannot guarantee order changes can be made. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.

What are my shipping options?

All items are made to order, so it may take 1 to 4 business days to prepare your item for shipment. All orders are shipped through the USPS by First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail. You will choose an option at checkout. 

❥ First Class mail: is my standard shipping method and typically takes 1-8 business days to receive but could be longer if the USPS is experiencing delays in their delivery. First class mail does not guarantee a delivery day after your order has shipped.

❥ Priority mail: typically takes 1-3 business day shipping but priority mail also does not guarantee a delivery date as well as with first class mail. If the USPS is experiencing delays in their delivery your package could take longer to receive than their projected delivery window.

❥ Priority Express mail: this option is guaranteed delivery in 1-2 business days. This option is also the most expensive option the USPS offers but the only option that is guaranteed in a delivery window.

I do strive to get my items out as quickly as possible once ordered. Please ensure that you place your order in enough advance of your event as I cannot be held responsible if your item doesn't arrive in time. If you need an order by a specific date, feel free to contact me! I'm happy to help answer any questions about processing and delivery times. I do include tracking with all my orders so we can both keep tabs on delivery. All delivery estimates are approximate from the USPS in checkout and I cannot guarantee when your order will arrive once I have dropped it off with the post office unless you used Priority Express mail.

I currently do not ship internationally.

My package is lost or missing or late. What happens next?

Tracking is provided will all my packages so that you can keep tabs of your package during shipment. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates provided by the USPS and I cannot guarantee when your order will arrive once I’ve dropped your order off at the post office. I do strive to get my orders out quickly. There can be shipping delays out of my control. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has been delivered. If your package is showing delivered and you are not able to find it, there are a couple of steps to take to try and locate it.

1) My toppers are packaged in fairly large boxes to protect them during shipment. My two most common sizes of box are 11x9x2 and 13x10x2. There is a possibility it couldn't fit in your mail box and was put in an oversized bin, left on a porch, front office, or taken back to the post office.

2) Contact your local post office and ask them to look up your tracking info. They can usually provide some additional information in locating your package.

3) Speak with your mail delivery driver too. They may be able to provide you
with the needed information.
